The BreakPoint Console dashboard is your command center for real-time workforce visibility. When you first log in, the dashboard loads immediately with a live snapshot of your operation: every clocked-in worker plotted on your facility map, a summary of active shifts and break statuses, any open safety alerts from PulseGuard, and a rolling feed of recent activity across your sites. Everything on the dashboard updates continuously, so you always see current conditions without needing to refresh manually.

What Loads on First Login

When you open the Console, the dashboard presents four core panels side by side:
  • Live Workforce Map — an interactive overhead view of your facility with color-coded worker dots, zone overlays, and hazard indicators
  • Shift Summary — a count of workers currently clocked in, on break, and who have completed their shift for the day
  • Alerts Tray — a prioritized list of active PulseGuard safety alerts, sorted from most to least severe
  • Recent Activity Feed — a chronological log of clock-ins, clock-outs, break starts, alert triggers, and device events across your workforce
All four panels draw from the same live data pipeline, so a proximity alert that fires on the map will simultaneously appear in the Alerts Tray and the Activity Feed within seconds. The left-hand sidebar gives you access to every major area of the Console. Use it to move between sections at any time.

The Live Workforce Map

The workforce map is the centerpiece of the dashboard. It renders a top-down view of your facility using the floor plan or site map you uploaded during setup. Worker positions update in near-real time based on wearable GPS and proximity data. Reading the color codes:
  • 🟢 Green dot — worker is clocked in and active within a normal work area
  • 🟡 Yellow dot — worker is on an active break
  • 🔴 Red dot — worker has a Critical PulseGuard alert open (proximity or heart rate)
  • ⚪ Grey dot — worker’s device has gone offline or lost signal
  • Zone overlays — shaded regions on the map represent defined zones (blue for work areas, orange for hazard areas, green for break areas)
  • Hazard indicators — a pulsing ring around a red dot signals an active proximity alert near a tagged hazard zone
Click any worker dot to open a quick-view panel showing their name, department, current status, shift elapsed time, and any open alerts. Click View Full Profile in that panel to navigate to their detailed worker record. Pinch to zoom or use the + / − controls in the map corner. To re-center the map on your default view, click the Reset View icon (the crosshair button) in the top-right corner of the map panel.

The Shift Summary Panel

The Shift Summary panel sits to the right of the map and gives you an at-a-glance headcount for the current shift window.
  • Clocked In — workers who have started their shift and are currently active
  • On Break — workers whose break timer is running
  • Shift Complete — workers who have clocked out during the current calendar day
  • Not Started — workers scheduled for the current shift window who have not yet clocked in
Click any status count to filter the workforce map to show only workers in that state. Click the count again to clear the filter.

The Alerts Tray

The Alerts Tray shows every unresolved alert across your operation, ordered by severity — Critical alerts appear at the top, followed by Warning, then Info. Each entry shows the alert type, the affected worker’s name, the time the alert fired, and its current status (Active, Acknowledged, or Pending Resolution). Click any alert row to expand it and see full details, including the worker’s location at time of trigger, the sensor reading that fired the alert, and any supervisor notes added so far. From the expanded view, you can acknowledge or resolve the alert directly without leaving the dashboard.
Critical alerts — such as a heart rate spike or a confirmed hazard zone breach — display a red badge in the Console header regardless of which section you’re currently viewing. This badge persists until the alert is explicitly acknowledged.

The Recent Activity Feed

The Activity Feed at the bottom of the dashboard logs every significant event across your workforce in reverse chronological order. Events include clock-ins, clock-outs, break starts and ends, alert triggers and resolutions, device reconnections, and zone entries and exits. Use the Filter button above the feed to narrow events by worker, zone, event type, or time range. Use the Export button to download the filtered feed as a CSV for further analysis.

Refreshing the View and Setting Auto-Refresh

The dashboard refreshes automatically. To check or change the refresh interval:
  1. Click the Settings icon (gear) in the top-right corner of the dashboard header.
  2. Select Dashboard Preferences.
  3. Under Auto-Refresh Interval, choose from 5 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds, or 1 minute.
  4. Click Save Preferences.
If you need an immediate refresh at any time, click the Refresh button (circular arrow icon) next to the interval selector. This forces all four dashboard panels to re-query live data at once.
Pin your most-used panels to keep them visible as you scroll. Hover over any panel header and click the pin icon that appears on the right side. Pinned panels remain anchored at the top of your dashboard layout regardless of scroll position.
